Travel Far Ltd is an independent travel agency that facilitates flights, hotel bookings and transfers through third-party suppliers. We act as an agent and not as a principal in the provision of travel services. All bookings made through Travel Far Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers and service providers. 

 

2. What You Can Do on Our Website

Our website allows users to:

• Complete a contact form and make an enquiry 

• View statements from customers

• Contact Travel Far 

We may also provide access to promotions, newsletters, and customer service chat tools.

3. Account Management and Eligibility

Currently, we do not provide an account creation service.

4. Booking Process

All bookings made through Travel Far Ltd are processed via third-party suppliers. Travel Far Ltd does not own or operate any flights, hotels/accommodations and transfers. When you book through Travel Far Ltd, you enter a contract with the third-party supplier, and additional supplier terms may apply.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation terms generally require a minimum of 6 weeks' notice prior to the departure date. Refunds and booking changes are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms of the supplier. We will assist in coordinating with third-party suppliers to facilitate any amendments or refunds where applicable.

 

6. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and secure Payment Links. Payment details are processed through third-party gateways, and we do not store payment credentials on our servers.

 

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

The content on our website, including hotel data, images, and descriptions, is provided by third-party suppliers and remains their intellectual property. All branding, logos, and custom content created by Travel Far Ltd remain our property. Users are not permitted to copy, download, or redistribute content for commercial purposes without permission.

 

8. User-Generated Content

We may allow users to post content, such as reviews or comments. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or in violation of our policies.

 

9. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Use the site for fraudulent activity or impersonation

Travel Far Ltd provides all website services "as is" and without any warranties. While we strive to ensure that information on the site is accurate, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, availability, or prices/offers are error-free. We disclaim liability for:

• Issues or dissatisfaction related to services, such as flights, hotel stays and transfers

• Interruptions to website availability or functionality

• Third-party system failures or disputes

Where problems occur, we will liaise with suppliers to seek resolution but are not liable for direct or indirect losses.
